These microfiber terry inserts are made of 3 layers of soft and very absorbent microfiber. They are completely chemical free.

Extra inserts are great to increase abosrbency potential of your pocket diaper.

The Small AMP insert is 12 inches long and 4 3/4" wide (best for small AMP Duo).

The Large AMP insert is 16 inches long and 5 1/2" wide (best for medium/large setting on AMP One Size Duo or as an extra absorbency pad for Med/Large pocket diapers)

Microfiber is intended to be used inside of a pocket diaper and not right next to your baby's skin.
